This one day workshop will offer you important insight into how you can achieve the right balance for yourself and help your practice succeed.
Divided into two parts and delivered via interactive presentations, we also offer the opportunity to explore topics as a group and through Q&A sessions.
Part 1:
Setting up and managing your practice
We will explore legal and ethical considerations, how to anticipate and work through potential challenges such as client management and establishing your professional boundaries. Sharing valuable tips for practice success.
Part 2:
Websites and your online presence
What is your brand and how to use it to grow your practice. Understand content and its importance. Design your practice to work for you, and your clients, in a few easy steps. Advice and suggestions for website success using examples and discussion (including the option to present your own website for review).
Meet The Workshop Facilitators
Meryem Hassan
Meryem is a qualified clinical supervisor, and experienced psychotherapist and counsellor. Meryem also has over 20 years experience of managing projects and teams within mental health and social care settings.
Sue McMillan
Sue is the owner of Strumhum Creatives, a digital creative company providing graphic design and web design/development, branding, SEO, small business consulting and marketing services. Sue has extensive experience working with therapists to create their personal branding and websites.
